Job Description

    1.1 This position is for Controls, Electronics and systems application team. Candidate should have hands on experience of 2-4yrs in Project Management. Candidate should have a good understanding of Software project Management.1.1.1 Facilitate the flow of information from the Project/ Product Managers to the Softwaredeveloper Team.1.1.2 Co-ordinate with team to complete assigned project tasks and procure required resources.1.1.3 Has experience in designing tools to track project deliverables. (Scope, Cost & Schedule)1.1.4 Responsible for the creation of various project management documents, including: Agendas, Meeting Minutes, Action items, Business Case, Project Charter, Project Plans, Project Status Reports, Lessons Learned, Closeout Reports etc.1.1.5 Review project data for accuracy and completeness.1.1.6 Compile project data quantities supporting review process with internal customers (Project managers, Product managers and Other key stake holders).1.1.7 Issue, review and close project documentation.1.1.8 Participate in project meetings, status updates, and debriefings.1.1.9 Execute project tasks as needed to ensure that projects are advanced.1.1.10 Analyze data for calibration, trends, patterns, and outliers; using graphical and statistical analysis.1.1.11 Follow standard processes for routine data processing and preparation of data for review.1.1.12 Identify Risks and Bottle necks with data and propose solutions to correct persistent problems.1.1.13 Assist in final report preparation for Manager/ Project Management team; producing work of professional quality, accurate and timely.1.1.14 Communicate effectively in writing and verbally any abnormalities observed during data collection.1.1.15 Inform FQS regarding the quality of data right after installation.1.2 General Requirements1.2.1 Good Attitude to learn and progress1.2.2 Good Communication Skills1.2.3 Good trouble shooting skills1.2.4 Good Data analysis skills1.2.5 Team Player1.3 Qualification & Other Requirements1.3.1 BE/ B.Tech(CSC or Electronics) and MBA (Optional)1.3.2 2-4Yrs of Experience in Project Management1.3.3 Certification in PMP/ Similar with Good understanding of the project management processes1.3.4 Minimum 1-years of data analysis experience in refrigeration or HVAC field.1.3.5 Basic understanding/familiarity with databases.1.3.6 Good knowledge of Excel is must(VLookup, HLookup, Pivot table, Macros, Capable to Write logic etc).1.3.7 Knowledge Power BI and VBA knowledge- Optional1.3.8 Experience with team center is an asset.1.3.9 Knowledge of data analysis and statistics in order to find data correlation, outlier analysis and interpret the statistical result1.3.10 Familiar with regression models and different type of statistical tests1.3.11 Basic understanding of Refrigeration product lines, services, and software is an added advantage
