Job Description

    Project Delivery ManagerJob Title: Project Delivery ManagerProject Delivery manager role will be engaged on the execution & delivery of NEXT ERP & other projects from MITC Bangalore.Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction through proper solution design delivery, applications life cycle management and service performance monitoring while maintaining necessary internal (process, security) and external (GxP, GDPR, license) compliance.
    • Project/Program Governance & PMO for projects led by Application Technologies Unit
    • Manages interface with the ERP Projects Steering Team(s).
    • Problem Management
    • Change and Release Management
    • Excellent Co-ordination, communication and monitoring skills
    • Defines and executes the Project Plan, Project Schedule, Training Plan, Communication Plan, Change Management Plan and Transition plan from Project to Service Management
    • Lead Drive and Close IT Projects in a complex, Global matrix organization with Internal and External teams.
    • Serves as the focal point within the ERP Steering Team for technology-related issues.
    Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong written/Oral Communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
    • Willingness to travel
    • Project Management Tools knowledge acquired through activity as business analyst or Project Manager
    • Sound knowledge of processes and requirements for implementing software in regulated environments GMP
    • Good knowledge in SAP Applications
    • Integration Experience
    Education & Professional Experience
    • Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in Computer Sciences and/or Business Administration
    • 15-year experience in software or applications services
    • 5-year experience within an international environment working as a ERP Project Delivery Manager
