Job Description

    We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and manage commercial construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from planning to execution and final delivery. The Project Manager will ensure that the project is completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget while meeting all quality standards and requirements.Responsibilities:
    • Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, including identifying critical path items and milestones.
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and take appropriate actions to keep the project on track.
    • Manage project scope, including identifying and managing scope changes.
    • Manage project budgets, including tracking project costs, forecasting future costs, and managing project finances.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and other project team members.
    • Communicate project status and progress regularly to stakeholders, both internally and externally.
    • Ensure project quality standards are met and that all work is completed according to project specifications and requirements.
    • Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project closeout documents.
    • Lead project team meetings, including agenda setting, meeting facilitation, and follow-up actions.
    • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction projects, preferably with experience in multiple projects.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, contractors, architects, and other project team members.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
    • Knowledge of construction industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
    • Proficiency in project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
