Project Manager (Project Co-ordinator)

Technical Project ManagerItron Global Managed Services team is looking for a Technical Project Manager for Enterprise Solutions. In this role, you will drive both strategic and tactical projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success.Primary Job Responsibilities

• Lead and drive phases of project life cycle: Initiation, planning, executing, controlling, and closing.
• Support the definition, and documentation of project requirements, scope, budget, deliverables, and timeline.
• Coordinate delivery efforts and assist with the change management and implementation process.
• Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
• Create regular communications to stakeholders on progress efforts
• Communicating both written and verbal activities with Itron Project Owners to meet specified project deadlines.
• Schedule meetings, taking and distributing notes.
• Develop monthly projects review, highlight progress, key challenges, risks, and opportunities

Skills Required

• Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrate analytic, communication, and presentation skills
• Clarity in both written and verbal communication
• Be willing to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, team environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite of products
• Excellent problem-solving skills with at least three years of project management experience
• Be proactive and detail oriented

Skills Desired

• Basic technical knowledge of Networking, Virtual Machines, Database, and Application Deployment
• Familiarity with Salesforce
• Familiarity with Agile methodology
