Job Description

    The Associate, Project Manager with AWS Cloud migration experience is an integral part of the Mortgage Operations team and will be responsible for defining and delivering key aspects of the Mortgage business transformation roadmap. The associate will act as a conduit between Operations and Technology teams and will interface with line staff, operations managers, business partners and senior leadership across both front and back offices.Primary Responsibilities: 1. Candidate would lead primarily from technology front (especially in the AWS area) and drive and execute the roadmap defined with respect to the cloud migration2. Candidate should have project management, release management and scrum management experience to manage various scrum teams. Project/Product Management requirements: 5+ years of experience in release management, business operations, business process improvement, project execution, compliance and technology rolesSelf-starter with the ability to solve problems creatively and deliver results while working in a dynamic, collaborative, and challenging environmentStrong project management skills, and ability to collaborate with multiple points of contact in order to achieve resultsGood verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to drive and reach agreement with partnersAbility to effectively communicate across all levelsProficiency with Microsoft Office tools with particular skill with Excel, PowerPoint and VISIOProficiency with jira & confluenceAssists in managing and prioritizing backlogs, collaborating and representing Business Stakeholders in developing impactful product features.Facilitate and encourage the necessary conversations between the Business, Leadership, and Technology to determine the what and the how of the product features.Partners with technology teams and product owners along with testers for successful delivery technical delivery.If needed, Develops and writes user stories that align to the product features, ensuring that user stories meet the Definition of Ready (DoR) and are updated in the system.Develop partnership relationships with other technical and operational teams and maintain working rapport with others, leveraging these relationships to meet common project milestone/goal.Meets with compliance, policy, and process teams to ensure project documentation is communicated to appropriate stakeholders. Technical requirements: At least 3 years of experience in applying knowledge of cloud tools and offeringsManages technical change implementation across environments.Participate in designs for the cloud in new business areas and specific customer requirementsComfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to meet multiple deadlinesPerson should be able to understand architecture design and different technology offerings for solutionPerson should be able to understand SRE and DEVOPS practices and operating models,
