Business facing finance team supporting Partner finance for APJ region.What You ll DoAs a member of the Global Partner Finance Organization, you will validate partner Proof of Performance claims. You will ensure proper Proof of Performance for activity-based incentives and ensure accurate payments to Cisco partners. In addition, you will assist in building effective and efficient processes that meet internal control requirements. You will be empowered to make a difference, establish a reputation, and position yourself for continued growth.Roles and Responsibilities:
• Liaise between in theater Fund Managers and POP COE team and other cross-functional teams.
• Provide support, leadership and subject matter expertise to local team.
• Validate proof of performance claims from partners for activity-based incentives with a concentration on PIF/PAF/SDF funds.
• Ensure policies and procedures are implemented and followed.
• Help resolve partner disputes and/or corrections to documentation.
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to ensure timely clearance of transactions.
• Develop and provide metrics on a daily/weekly basis.
• Coordinate quarterly read out calls to provide feedback to leader and Fund Managers.
Who Youll Work WithYou will partner across Finance, IT, Global Partner Organization (GPO), Customer Partner Services (CPS), and the Sales Regions. You will have the outstanding opportunity to work cross functionally on an international team passionate about operational excellence.Who You AreA motivated self-starter that is comfortable working through ambiguity to get results. You have a history of performing well in a fast-paced environment and an operations attitude.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in finance, business administration, or supply chain related field.
• Proficient in English and Hindi. Japanese, Korean and Mandarin language also helpful
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Collaborates to tackle complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions; communicates difficult concepts and negotiates to adopt a different point of view
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, team metric development, presentation skills
• Audit and/or compliance experience helpful but not required
