Job DescriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesStrong knowledge of device requirements, test plans, and end-to-end solutions for 4G/5G architecture across RAN and Core network.Good understanding of RRC, PDCP, RLC, MAC layers in LTE / 5GExcellent knowledge of RAN specific testing and logging toolsFamiliarity with 3GPP & GSMA standards and associated 4G/5G Radio Access Networking technologies.Proficiency with 4G / 5G device services (e.g. IMS / SMS / RCS / eUICC / SIM / OTA-DM / VoLTE / VoNR / VoWiFi / e911 / RTT / CMAS) and associated device chipset and core networking architectures and technologies.Curious mindset striving for continuous learning and innovationProven problem solving skills; verbal and written communication skills are essentialExperience in a high-availability, fast-paced environment.Excellent inter-personal and leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goalsStrong communication skills to effectively work with global cross functional teamCuriosity to continuously learn and innovateSelf-starter - requires minimal direction to accomplish goalsStrong analytical and problem solving skills to overcome challengesAbility to mentor and help team member to accomplish the goalExperience in generating process improvements and drives change initiatives.
