    • Responsible forEnd-to-EndRecruiting.
    • Sending pre-screened resume to the client.
    • Scheduling interviews with the clients, coordinating, followup till the joining of candidates.
    • Negotiating with the clients & candidates for CTC once selected.
    • Follow up the candidates for acceptance offer, joining date.
    • Well versed with the job portals.
    • Creating report for short-listed candidates.
    • Handling Lower level, Technical, Junior, Middle and senior level job Requirements across various industries across pan India
    • Must have excellent communication.
