You will need to develop a deep understanding of cross-border trade and be responsible for solving difficult problems that do not have obvious solutions across complex topics all with the vision of building a sustainable cross-border business. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate.Key job responsibilitiesAs a Program Manager you will Own and drive go-to-market plans, drive seller cohort analysis and own delivery against clear goals and KPIs by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and grow revenue. Use data and analytics to influence product and process improvement projects with cross-functional teams. Own customer voice programs such as VoS and CPU, and influence stakeholders to improve key success metrics Understand the deliverables of project stakeholders, critical path items and build mechanisms to identify potential risks and delays. Manage periodic reviews with internal worldwide stakeholders. Drive regular forecasting, goal setting and budgeting across the program. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever changing business climate.We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Bangalore, KA, IND, - 3+ years of program or project management experience- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules- MBA preferred- Transportation, Logistics, or Supply Chain experience- Experience launching and scaling programs in multiple geographies simultaneously - Project/Program management certification - Experience using analysis, reporting, modeling, and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
