  • Touch base with clients
  • Understand clients requirements
  • To identify potential clients who are keen on purchasing new property
  • Assisting clients with evaluation of offers, negotiating terms and deal closure
  • Meeting clients and co-ordinate with them at regular basis
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and developers
  • Address clients queries
  • Site visit with clients
  • Convert lead/prospect into a Customer for the Company
  • Completion and submission of necessary forms
  • Assisting the clients in Agreements & Registration
  • Co-ordinate with CRM team for documentation
