Responsible to lead the planning and coordination of multiple phases of the development and implementation of assigned applications. Monitor and drive the project deliverables by implementing the best practices.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESKey ResponsibilitiesResponsible to plan, track and deploy the production releases for applications such as ServiceMax, Salesforce, Trackwise, Manhattan and moreEngage from the beginning of the change lifecycle (new demand) till the tracking of the development, managing the scope lock windows, ensuring changes are ready in time for testing, and executing the cutover and deployment of the release across the enterprise for multiple applications across various portfolios. In BD we have major release (annual), quarter releases, and weekly releases under release management principlesTrack the progress and health of each release, generate comprenhensive reporting, and escalating when risk are identified.Ensure changes are on time available for IT, UAT, specially when system are regulated and requires proper quality sign off.Coordinate with testing team , accomodate the regression testing.Release lead will manage both regular AMO (application Maintenance Operations) and Project initiatives.Escalation of relevant risks and issue to Senior Project / Program ManagementEnsure the delivery and application of a common delivery management framework including Methodology, Governance, SoW, Status Reporting and Risk and Issue ManagementEnsure that all projects are delivered aligned with Release Management ProcessesManage and support projects and tasks of various sizes of cross functional applications and the related processes; examples are software implementations, integrations, optimizations, upgrades and patchesCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationFollow internal BD change management procedures to promote changes to productionFollow governance and compliance procedures related to Audit and SOX controlsCoordination of vendor and third party resourcesKnowledge / Skills / Abilities:Proven track record of technical leadership of strategic enterprise projectsExperience in vendor managementExperience of defining high level strategies, technical architectures & road mapsBroad knowledge of and experience with a wide variety of application technologies, platforms, and tools including web-based systems, databases, middleware/integration technologies, security, and infrastructure.Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise effectively with Senior stakeholders, team members and 3rd parties.Experience of the full project lifecycle, delivering both custom and package applicationsExperience of managing multiple concurrent projectsProven track record of successful project delivery of medium and large scale IT projects on time and budget with a track record of managing several small/medium projects at the same timeGood knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projectsGood listener, responsive to application user needs, answering questionsAbility to quickly learn new software and technologiesStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and technical judgmentStrong leadership and collaboration skillsProven ability to work with geographically dispersed teamsPassionate and committed to operations and technical excellenceStrategic and creative thinkersAble to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearlyComfortable with travelAbility to work independently, organized and rigorousQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEMinimum of 15years professional industry experience in IT DeliveryMaster degree in Technology, Engineering or a related field is strongly preferred.Educational certificate or training in a process methodology is a plus.,
