Thats why we are always looking for curious minds that see themselves imagining the unimaginable with us.Establish Labvantage LIMS systems in Healthcare and Life Science domain, Work as expert for laboratory IT application i.e. Labvantage LIMS and other LABIT applicationsActively contribute to meet and exceed global KPI targets and continuous improvementActively plan and execute project activities and deliverablesAccomplish project milestones in collaboration with Business UsersContribute to establish the laboratory IT CoE as an asset for our customersDefine and fulfill global service and Project contractsRequired Experience:Minimum 4 years of experiences in Labvantage LIMS customer service and Project/Business support for GMP/GxP systems or platforms within Global Pharma, Healthcare & LifeSciences companiesExperiences working with the respective LIMS applications (preferably Labvantage LIMS)Understanding of overall Service Desk and Service delivery processes and objectives (ITIL)Project track support experienceExcellent communication skills in international environmentCustomer oriented attitude and willingness for continuous learningKey competencies:IT service and project support in GMP/GxP sectorUnderstanding of laboratory processesHands-on ITIL knowledgeSelf-motivated and good communicatorGood technical IT knowledgeWhat we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
