Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring for,E2E(End to End) Analysis/Debugging/Maintenance Engineer(LTE L2 MAC/RLC)Layer.Exp: 3 to 6 yearsJob Purpose: LTE L2 (MAC/RLC) Layer Debugging, Analysis, identification/fix Bug to resolve field issues in LTE/LTE-A commercial networks.Debugging, Analysis and Bug fix of LTE L2 layer issues reported from commercial networks using eNB logs, performance Statistics.. Browsing/understanding of LTE L2(MAC/RLC/L1C)Code for better analysis and debugging of proprietary eNB logs and issue identification/fix.Analysis of eNB performance statistics and KPI to identify/narrow down the root cause of the problem.. Understand various MAC Algorithms/Design by docs as well from implementation.Co-work with various teams like Algorithm design, PHY/L2/L3 Dev teams for issue resolution.. Identify if problem is configuration issue or DSP SW issue (perform or assist in Bug fixing) or Algorithm issue (propose solution/enhancement) and provided the final root cause analysis.Guide/help Testing team to reproduce any field issue scenario in lab environment.Skills:Strong background and working experience in Wireless communicationVery good in-depth understanding & working knowledge of 3GPP LTE MAC and RLC specifications [36.321 and 36.322]. Hands on experience on LTE L2 Code, at least proficient in code browsing using C Programming Language.Good understanding and working knowledge of MAC Scheduling algorithms Preferably eNB side.Fair understanding of LTE Call Signaling Flow, End to End call(like Volte, Data)scenarios, 3GPP specs of LTE RRC/PHY LayerKnowledge of advance LTE-A Technologies like multi carrier DL/UL CA, DL/UL COMP, NB-IoT, eMTC, UL MIMO, Massive MIMO etc is an added advantageRegards,HR Team
