    • Project Role :Application Tech Support Practitioner
    • Project Role Description :Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.

    • Job Requirements :
        • Key Responsibilities : 1 Good knowledge in AZURE AVD, AWS Workspace, Workspot 2 Understanding Workspot Enterprise Desktop Cloud 3 Knowledge in Cloud Workstation Capabilities 4 Workspot intergration with Public Cloud like GCP, AZURE and AWS 5 Understanding Multitenant Enterprise fabric knowledge in session based Desktops and Apps 6 Delivering Virtualized Applications with Workspot 7 Good implementation experience of in VDI solutions like NutanixiFrame, Workspot, AWS workspace and AZURE AVD
        • Technical Experience : 1 Mini 1 year of hands-on operational experience with Workspot 2 Minimum 3years of experience in AZURE AVD, AWS Workspace etc, 3 Minimum 2 years of experience in VDI solutions like XenDesktop, Nutanix iFrame
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Take part in 24x7 Shift Rotations including Morning, Evening and Night Shifts 2 Work out of hours evenings, nights, weekends, bank holidays at reasonable request to perform production changes 3 Travel to other locations when required 4 Able to work from home occasionally
        • Educational Qualification : Any Graduation
