Site Project and Tenders Manager, Costing Manager, Platforms technical Directors.MissionsPerformance Measurement/KPI sNo degradation between tender QCD and SPR0 QCD for engineeringResponsibilitiesAccountable for
    • Manage functionally the engineering team allocated to the tender
    • Manage the interfaces with Tender core team and ensure engineering internal interfaces
    • Customer interfaces
    • Perform technical exchanges with the customer
    • Analyse the customer requirements and identify gaps versus reference product
    • Provide technical documentation for tender submission to customer
    • Build-up of Engineering proposal
    • Define best compromise to address the gaps (QCD) (Mechanical, Functional Architecture)
    • Identify technical risks, and ensures they are covered by dedicated action plan agreed by Platform and Metiers.
    • Establish engineering QCD commitment: Master planning, costing, PDO, Risk assessment and management plan
    • Get the validation of Site Engineering Director (or Bid technical manager) and Bid Manager on the Engineering assumption pack gathering the Engineering outputs.

    • 10+ years of experience in design
