For each other, for our customers, for society and our communities.Ensure the timely implementation, testing and delivery of any ordered service on the Multiple product offerings on BT s Global Managed Voice Platform, while meeting /exceeding the need of our distributors and ultimately, our end customers.This is a key voice technical position within the Global Voice Configuration team. The team have the responsibility for the complex data-build, commissioning, solution design support and testing and customer integration for the Global Voice products within the BT Managed Voice portfolio.Due to the nature of the work the role requires support of Customers and Distributors 24 x 5 x 365, so out of business hours are a normal requirement, depending on the time-zone of configuration support requested with few weekend support to ensure and satisfy customer demand on highest priority.We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual who thrives on collaborating across matrixed teams and has a passion for to take on this exciting role Youll have the following responsibilities Undertake statistical analysis of past Investments - Identify common themes, trends and early warning Indicators. Support process development to feed insights into live investment decisions Work with market unit sales, finance directorate to provide a definitive view of deals in the pipeline reliant on portfolio development/investments Own reporting automation & simplification, enabling self-service and data interrogation Support the development of a Portfolio Vision, aligned to Strategic themes and associated guardrails Monthly reporting to identifies trends, actions and outcome to different audiences Supporting the wider team on pulling together data and insights on capex spend Track spend and if deliverables are on track against business case asks Analysing spend data (actuals and forecast) with the relevant internal teams to drive for efficiencies and better forecasting data and ensure resources are optimal Acts as a key point of interface with Digital, CIO and Delivery to ensure alignment Own and drive lessons from the PIR to drive improvements in the process and delivery Identify and implement ways to improve the PIR process and visibility Youll have the following skills & experience Will be adept at extracting key signals and translating these into actionable intelligence for senior management. Confident at challenging, influencing, and negotiating with senior managers on a regular basis. Project management able to balance numerous competing priorities, with impact at Line of Business level. Exceptional organisational skills. Able to lead others, think ahead and anticipate challenges before they happen High level of business acumen and excellent commercial experience be able articulate risk assessment and impact Inspiring communicator - Able to craft and deliver compelling communications for all levels, both within and outside BT. Agile Frameworks: Demonstrated understanding of the principles, components and features of Agile frameworks, with a continuous learning approach to new concepts and best practices. Ability to understand financial data for analysis and challenge Will be adept at extracting key signals , and translating these into actionable intelligence for executive management.Confident at challenging, influencing and negotiating at senior level on a regular basis. Experience of stakeholder management, and influencing skills at a senior level. Be proficient in MS Office applications (particularly Excel and SharePoint) and Data visualisation tools (Tableau) Experience and understanding in product Lead to Cash (L2C) and Concept to Market (C2M) processes and their agile counterparts.
