Handling of Electrical net work of PCC, MCC and utility operation and maintenance. 2. Support for modification / new installation activity. 3. Day to day utility consumption monitoring and controlling 4. Lead for Equipment preventive maintenance activity 5. Handling of contractor safety management 6. Support for Operation and preventive maintenance activity for utility equipmenKey Responsibilities: 1. Hands on experience in operation and maintenance of Utility equipments like water chillers, Brine chillers, Air compressor, Nitrogen plant, Cooling tower, vacuum pumps, hot water systems & HVAC systems, Power control centre, HT and LT equipment s.2. Knowledge on handling of Deviation, change control and CAPA 3. Hands on experience in Preparation of documents like Schedule preparation, SOPs, Preventive maintenance checklist, Change control, investigation and CAPA 4. Hands on experience on operation and maintenance of PCC, MCC, UPS, LT room equipment s and VFDs5. Knowledge on Good documentation practice, GMP and Good engineering practice6. Good knowledge on Personnel and Equipment safety7. Hands on experience on trouble shooting of Utility equipment 8. Able to Read and writing of circuit diagrams and SLD 9. Knowledge on preparation of MIS reports 10. Proficiency in MS word, EXCEL and PPT preparation 11. Knowledge on energy conservation initiatives and implementation.12 .
