    • Min 5-7 years relevant experience in Cyber Security and SOC operations
    • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science / Engineering
    • ArcSight Certified (desirable).
    • Experience in installing ArcSight connectors, creating rules, query, and active channels and analysing the events from the devices/servers.
    • Creating channels in ArcSight tool and monitoring the events from all kind of devices.
    • Implementation and Deployment experience on ArcSight for patches and upgrades
    • Developing flex connectors.
    • Developing and configuring reports on ArcSight.
    • Administration and troubleshooting ArcSight.
    • ITIL process knowledge good to have.
    Responsibilities of Incident Manager includes but not limited to:
    • Coordinate with different client teams and Atos offsite teams to deliver the SOC services
    • Receive, document, and report cyber security events
    • Categorize incidents and implement corresponding escalation procedures
    • Communicate and coordinate incident response efforts
    • Conduct daily operational update meetings for SOC staff and unscheduled situational update briefings for management
    • Analyse reports to understand threat campaign(s) techniques, lateral movements and extract indicators of compromise (IOCs)
    • Perform intrusion scope and root cause analysis
    • Assist intrusion remediation and strategy development and implementation
    • Recommend effective process changes to enhance defence and response procedures
    • Coordinate with IT and Network Operations to resolve high or critical severity level incidents
    • Manage security incidents from identification through remediation
    • Track mitigation requests till closure
    • Analyse compromised/potentially compromised systems and participate in incident response
    • Provide technical expertise to staff on security incident monitoring, triage, response, threat & vulnerability management and security analysis
    • Monitoring and auditing malicious activity observed by or reported by SOC.
