Job Description

    Job DescriptionTo wok independently on the following task in Preventive maintenance and Breakdown maintenance team.1. Adherence to manufacturing process compliance, legal & safety requirements, Bosch standards and process specifications.2. Maintaining uptime of machines and lines.3. Responsible for Testing and Inspection machines like Flash, Function, Programming, AOI machines, Xray machines in Final assembly area including fixtures4. As part of TPM Carryout Preventive maintenance as per Plan, work on Predictive maintenance and support Breakdown maintenance,5. Should identify and initiate preventive measures for all repetitive and major Breakdowns6. Adaption of systematic problem solving Techniques7. Documentation of preventive maintenance and maintain history record8. Establishing Spares monitoring for wear parts9. Tooling Management 10.Should work on Continuous improvement in maintenance10. Should maintain 5S and Safety in his work place11. Work with CFT to address open issues12. Effective Escalation to suppliers on open points and breakdowns work towards closing them13. work on Improving Technical availability and quality (IDC) Periodic14. Planning and replacement of Tooling and Spare parts management15. Periodical review of Preventive Maintenance activities based on breakdowns16. Work with Process owner for improvement activities17. Quick Adaption of Change Management.18. Create Machine FMEA and review. Change potential points into CBM.19. Knowledge transfer and Lessons Learned deployment across the team members.20. RPP measure implementation for productivity and process improvements (e.g. Tool life extension, Tool/Spare parts localization )21. Proactive identification of potential quality risks / Breakdown and Initiate corrective and preventive action.22. work on Predictive maintenance23. Optimization of resources Electrical power consumption, Pneumatic / Nitrogen / Chilled water / Vacuum etc.24. Customer Complaint - Problem Solving.25. Collaboration with other manufacturing location26. Supporting production through System CIP & Point-CIP projects5. Support Cross functional teams (including support with issues on TA, yield, quality, delivery, cycle time, failure analysis.)27. Implementation of Digital systems in Maintenance like i4.0 solutions, AI/ML Predictive Maintenance, etc.,
