Job DescriptionRole : Oracle DBA / Delivery Project Lead Location : Offshore India Who are we looking for Need a very good Oracle DBA, Should be able to work on core Oracle database administration, Backup/Recovery, Patching & Performance tuning.Technical Skills: The candidate must have over 5+ years experience. Tune code for optimal performance Write shell scripts for automating Good in Oracle PL/SQL. Experience in working on Procedures, Packages and triggers. Performance tuning, including collecting statistics, analyzing explains & determining which tables needed statistics. Experience in Backup/Recovery, Patching Write Shell Scripts for automating Experience in Goldengate create and maintain extracts/replicates etc. Troubleshoot issues & performance tuning Fair knowledge with AWS, Migrating oracle DB to AWS & VPC,RDS,EC2 etc Experience to work with offshore/nearshore Good communication skills (customer facing) The candidate should be team player & comfortable working in onshore-offshore model. The candidate should be able to support design & code reviews if required. Process Skills: Behavioral Skills : Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.Qualification: Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience in software development / Oracle DBA. Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, MCA, M.
