Work on key regional projects being rolled out in South Asia.Responsible for specification of formulation, process, pack and Quality Assurance regimes to support / enforce these specs agreed technical action standards.Drive project management in line with QII (functional excellence) for all key projects.Responsible for OTIF deliveryResponsible for project execution in line with IPM toolValue Improvement projects - BeveragesIdentify potential areas of flexing current specification in current raw material to drive potential savings.Capability - BeveragesResponsible for risk management, claims and legal compliance with local & regional requirementsDevelop processing capability for all product formats at pilot scale and support scale up to main plantDevelop capability to be able to produce finished product of the desired quality with a range of raw materials within the specified range.REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLSBackground in food & beverage science/dairy technology , product and process development skillsGENERAL SKILLSGood communication and presentation skillsCreative and analytical mindsetProject ManagementAbility to work in cross functional teamREQUIRED EXPERIENCE:Preferably 3-5 years in R&D / product development / processingEDUCATIONM.Sc.
