Job Description

    Job DescriptionRole & Experience: Resource and Competency Manager, with 13+ years of IT experience.(SAP Financials, SAP Sales and S/4 HANA Competence area)1) Resource planning:Responsible for Demand fulfillment with in a competence area of SAP Financials, SAP Sales and S/4 HANA Competence areas as per the SLA, options being Hire/outsource/internal movement/other regionsBased on level of competence required from the project demands, ensure right resources are allocated (Hire/outsource/internal movement/other regions)Allocation efficiency are in line with-in organization normsPlan for unallocated resources to retrain and deploy2) Competence development:Plan to upskill/reskill of associates in sync with overall competence frameworkSupport Center of Excellence (CoE) to arrive and develop strategic and current competenciesExecution and reporting of Competence Development progress3) Associate engagement:Ensure goals and competence development plan are available for each associate in the scope of work areaIdentify high and low performers, plan for their development and allocation to the right projectsIdentify factors for attrition and define measures to contain.4) ReportingProviding monthly status reports and highlighting risks / coming up with mitigation plansReporting Various KPIs like Allocations efficiency, % Demand Fulfillment, Project Cost pyramid, Outsourcing %Preferred: 13 + Yrs of overall IT experience.Previous experience leading, and growing SAP Financials / Sales Practice is an added advantageCertifications related to Project Management / SAP Financials / Sales / SAP competenciesGood understanding of the SAP specific technologies relevant for Financials / SalesExpert knowledge of project implementation methodologiesStakeholder management skills to manage wide variety of stakeholdersDrive topics under uncertain / ambiguous conditionsQualificationsBachelor of Engineering,
