Job Description

These include:, A high degree of initiative and flexibility, High customer orientation, High quality awareness, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Responsibilities: Participate in client discussions to understand the problem faced by the customer and bringing in best practices in the industry, provide different creative solutions, Lead the details solution design in small engagements , Broad understanding of BPM architecture to implement functional requirements, Good knowledge of BPM implementation methodologies (waterfall and scrum), related tools to support project implementation activities. , Builds cause-effect linkages based on synthesized information and arrives at an optimal solution keeping in mind multiple stakeholders., Highlights key ideas, articulates own point of view logically; Assesses target audience needs and communicates appropriately, Ability to build credibility with domain leaders and stakeholders through strong, demonstrable Domain and Process knowledge Functional Experience: Good to have one or more of the following: Merchandising (2+ years) Replenishment (2+ years) Supply Chain Planning (2+ years) Store Operations (2+ years) Data Warehousing (2+ years,
