Job Description

    Cybersecurity Officers protect the firms people, clients and information assets - ensuring the safety and soundness of the firms business operations.Identity and Access management (I&AM) team for Commercial Banking line of business (LoB) supports the user onboarding process entirely for the LoB on a Role based access control model which gives a robust control and governance over user access. The GIAM RBAC Operations team is responsible for end to end user access onboarding submissions and ensuring users get the appropriate access within the given time addressing all required aspects with respect to risk & controls, access governance and SLAs. Primary Responsibilities:
    • Works with the CB SAT team to deliver I&AM services as appropriate.
    • End to End user access onboarding process for supporting line of business with an SLA and target based process approach model.
    • User onboarding based on Role Based Access Control model as designed for the respective line of business.
    • Be a good team player to work with a bigger team from an operations support standpoint by adhering to all given timelines, tasks and priorities.
    • Ability to adapt into an operations working environment on given assignments with on-time delivery/addressable to the business.
    • Managing assigned email queries with respect to the user access onboarding based on the given SLA.
    • Should be able to multi-task as required for the process wherein the user access onboarding request submissions are driven by multiple request management tools within the firm.
    • Promptly address urgent requests, queries or prioritizations with effective management on escalations.
    • Keeps product owners and other stakeholders well informed.
    Skills Basic understanding of the following:
    • Operations practices, risk management processes, principles, security analysis, skilled and productive use of related tools.
    • Worked in a SLA and target based operations background.
    Qualification:
    • Bachelor s in Computer related field preferred with 3 plus years of work experience in the industry, preferably with Cyber security / I&AM technology background.
    • Proficient in MS Office and multitasking.
    • Operations practices, risk management processes and I&AM principles as well as incident response handling methodologies as they apply.
    • Security analysis, skilled and productive user of related tools.
    • Agile, with the ability to work under at least one of the common frameworks.
    • Risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk) and Cybersecurity principles.
    • Willing to work in flexi work timings.
