The leader will be responsible to help MuleSoft grow in India through increasing awareness, reach, enablement and ultimately, impact to the technical ecosystem. The India leader is responsible for the organization of the in-country affiliate in terms of operational strategy, partner & customer enablement, and ecosystem growth. This is a cross-functional leadership role equally focused on regional customer delivery success, partner success and building a deep technical ecosystem for MuleSoft. This role requires someone who is an exceptional leader and executor that can have a strong vision with a get-things-done demeanour to form a team, challenge conventional thinking, and extend our network. Partner Success

  • Recruit Strategic Business Partners and assist with the recruitment of Global System Integrators and Technology Alliance Partners that are committed to building and implementing winning go-to-market plans that build high growth MuleSoft practices.
  • Build and champion executive level relationships with all key partner leadership positions.
  • Demonstrate and work collaboratively with the extended internal and external team to grow MuleSoft revenue and market share
  • Create joint partner enablement plans in collaboration with partner counterparts
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders in sales enablement, global partner enablement, services and customer success to align on messaging, methodology, MuleSoft best practices and sales to service partner engagement models
Customer Success
  • Develop & implement an expert services strategy to support project delivery in India delivery centers (IDCs)
  • Productize and monetize services offerings to drive value for in-region customers and partners.
  • Implement the enablement playbook for Customer IDCs to build and drive MuleSoft capability in close partnership across training, services, partners and customer success team
Ecosystem Growth
  • Implement Developer relations program to broaden the top of the developer funnel: Awareness to Advocacy and make MuleSoft the reference for Connectivity to a very broad ecosystem
  • Provide programs and services to the India technical ecosystem to drive growth and retention
Professional Qualifications
  • Natural leader with Exceptional emotional intelligence
  • 15 years experience in Global channels alliances leadership experience spanning the India and JAPAC
  • Experience of alliance/partner organizations, key stakeholders, overall strategy, company culture, market offerings and joint value proposition.
