Designation - Solution ArchitectQualification - Bachelors in IT/IS, Software/Computer Science EngineerExperience - Minimum 10+ yearsReporting To - FounderSalary Range - As per Industry StandardsResponsibilities:- Collaborate with all relevant parties (Software Engineers, Development Managers & Stakeholders (Operations, Business) in order to review the objectives and constraints of each solution/feature and determine conformance with project expectations.- Define architecture for large and complex product development through clear and articulate diagrams and artifacts such as logical architectures, deployment topologies, sequence diagrams, functional decompositions and API swagger specs, among others.- Recommend and participate in the design and implementation of standards, processes, tools and methodologies.- Build serverless architectures that are inherently secure, robust, scalable, reliable, extensible, modular and reusable.- Identify and recommend areas appropriate for further study and participate in any Proof-of-Concept projects required to thoroughly investigate architectural possibilities and strengthen arguments for their adoption.- Identify implementation risks and analyse potential impact on the enterprise and on the achievement of scheduled objectives.- Ensure that project teams follow a common set of principles and patterns; and utilize approved sets of technology frameworks, libraries and API standards.- Communicate architectural decisions to a varied audience including business and technology stakeholders from the conceptual to the physical perspectives.- Share best practices, lessons learned and constantly updates the technical system architecture requirements based on changing technologies, and knowledge related to recent, current and up-coming products, solutions and integrations.What must you bring / Required skills :- 10-12 years of relevant experience in architecture or development roles.- Expertise in building scalable, flexible and fault tolerant systems. Working expertise in design patterns, anti-patterns and best practices.- Experience with multiple programming languages and frameworks (.Net, Java, PHP, Node, Angular, React).- Must have strong experience in API design and in system and component design.- Must have strong experience in Microservices, Containers, Dockers. DevOps is a big plus.- Must have strong experience in working with common PaaS Providers (AWS, Azure)- Strong problem solving and analytical skills.- Ability to quickly digest any issue/problem encountered and recommend an appropriate solution.- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
