Job Overview Digital Engineering Organization delivers digital initiatives for the Automotive Engineering teams which helps to generate the digital footprint of our engineering activities. The S/W Systems Engineer has a good knowledge on the Engineering systems, participates in solution implementations and works towards the success of digital initiatives. Responsibilities Participates in development and implementation of digital engineering processes, methods, tools, and standards Plays the role in running global projects for Digital initiatives Reviews the requirements and provides solutions for Digital topics Proactively works with all functions across regions to co-ordinate the work-break-down Develop analysis and reports to monitor the projects or review a problem which helps to plan for actions. Assumes independent responsibilities and collaborate towards team projects Interacts with executives and functional managers Issue tracking, monitoring and resolution for projects/initiatives Provides regular health checks of the portfolio and KPIs to all stakeholders Provides process documentations, and delivers trainings required to run the digital initiatives Foster a culture of continuous improvement in DPM and DCE initiatives Constantly working towards providing an extraordinary customer experienceCompetenciesBachelor s Degree or above in Engineering or equivalent program 3+ years experience in Business Analysis or Engineering Ability to work in global cross functional teams Solid understanding on Engineering tools, Engineering Change Management, Bill of Materials (must) Knowledge on CAD Data Management and PLM tools (must) Data Analysis, Data mining and reporting experience Knowledge on Digital Customer experience Knowledge on Test Labs/LIMS systems is a plus (good to have) Excellent in English (verbal/written) Excellent communication, presentation skills Excellent in MS office, excel, PowerPoint Critical thinking, problem solving Conflict resolution, conflict management Data manipulation and presentation,
