Roles and ResponsibilitiesCloud ArchitectQualifications:Bachelor s or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldHave 5-9 years of experience for SA and SA2 roleResponsibilities:The responsibilities (not exhaustive) will include:Understand business requirements and come up with necessary architecture to cater to the sameDevelop strategies and solutions to migrate applications and databases from on premise to cloud platformsWork closely with integration team and business owners towards implementation of the solution developedDevice and plan reusable transformation solutionsDocument and review cloud based solutions, and monitoring and maintenance for the same .Develop roadmap to develop cloud native products, perform PoCs and implement the sameAssess As-is and Designing To-be state of system architecture on Cloud native or hybrid environments.Drive solutions towards implementing a proposed architecture or solutionRequired:Exposure to multiple service offerings in Azure and/or AWSHands-on experience with developing both containerized application migration as well as database migration strategy from on premise or other cloud platforms leveraging data migration offerings from various cloud providers particularly AWS and AzureExperience architecting and/or implementing architecture - Compute, storage, network, data and security features in both on-premises vs cloud (Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services)Experience in data modelling and working with Relational Databases (eg. Oracle, mySQL, PostgreSQL)Experience with any NoSQL Db like MongoDB, DynamoDB, CosmosDB etc.Working knowledge of any programming/scripting languages eg. Python, Java, Golang, JavaScript etc.Strong experience in recovery, back-up, security principles around cloud solution components.Experience in continuous integration and continuous development solution environments using tools like jenkins, git, bamboo, Ansible, AWS CodeCommit, Azure Dev-Ops.Knowledge of cloud based ETL services like - AWS Glue/Azure Data FactoryKnowledge in containerization technology like Kubernetes and Docker. Cloud based services like - ECS or EKS/AKS. Experience in Serverless and Event-driven solution architecture using services like AWS Lambda or Azure Function App.Preferred:Understanding of Data Visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau.
