Job Description

    Job descriptionRoles and ResponsibilitiesShould have experience with the following:
    • 2-3 Years of experience in supporting identity management operations using OIM/Sailpoint IIQ.
    • Good hands-on experience with OIM/Sailpoint 7.2 and above versions. Installation and Basic Integration requirements of Sailpoint IIQ/OIM in client environments.
    • Comfortable with java programming concepts, error handling or any other scripting language.
    • Good hands-on experience and product knowledge of OIM/Sailpoint IIQ (Workflows, Connector Deployment, Rule Development, Forms, Certifications, Role Mining, etc.)
    • Should have a good experience with multiple connector types and integrations.
    • Good to have knowledge on: Active Directory, LDAP, JDBC
    • Comfortable with providing assistance in password reset and account unlock scenarios, reporting, drafting email templates, Role policy management, certification and access provisioning.
    • Good understanding and Experience Building and Configuring Sailpoint/OIM in-built tasks like aggregation, ID refresh, scheduled tasks and correlation
    • Experience with Directories (LDAP, Active Directory) & Database (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL etc)
    • Experience with Design document
    • Knowledge of working in Agile and DevOps platform
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
