Job Description

    Job Description
    • Build, mentor and manage a team of sales representatives and turn them into productive salespeople that generate high volume of new leads in a rapid manner and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
    • Build and practise best methods of generating potential clients
    • Reach out to the target customer segment (event industry)
    • Make a sales pitch to the customers (on phone/virtual demo/face to face as situation permits)
    • Handle inbound inquiries and convert such leads
    • Identify cross-sell opportunities and action them
    • Achieve Sales targets - in terms of customer acquisition and Monthly Recurring Revenue
    • Help customers in onboarding and ensure high customer satisfaction
    • Receive customer feedback and accordingly share inputs with product teams for improvement
    • Maintain highest standards of integrity and commitment.
    • It is an individual contributor role
    Functional Competencies :
    • Understanding/experience of sales process & sales lifecycle
    • Ability to showcase products through demos to business owners and get their buy-in
    • Customer centricity
    • Stakeholder management
    • Basic understanding of event industry
    • Excellent communication & presentation skills
    Candidate Profile :
    • Must have a 3-7 years of work experience in B2B sales/SaaS sales
    • Candidates from Event Industry B2B sales are preferred
    • Qualification required - Engineer/ Bachelors degree with relevant experience
    • MBA in sales and business development is a bonus
