This is a brand new team and youll build this grounds up and at an unbelievable pace.Our sales lead builds sales outreach capability and capacity delivering on revenue goals for Wooqer! You establish the outreach engine through ongoing market research for opportunities, A/B testing the pilot pitch, refining the sales structure and process, hiring and training SDRs, establishing an incentive plan for sales teams, and leading closures by example.Youll refine Wooqer offering for a target market, generate and calibrate winning buyingpropositions, define a metrics framework to continuously refine the outreach to build a repeatableand predictable revenue engine.Youll work closely with product marketing, revenue leadership, marketing, customer success leadership and business heads to create new products through market feedback loop.The successful candidate for this very high impact role will be a self starter with a passion for sales, salespeople and data! You can persuade trees and motivate mountains! Youll have exemplary communication skills, boundless energy, strong writing skills, and show strong ownership and commitment.Basic Qualifications- You should love selling! You should have sold before! Managed ARR of $1mn+ before.- Youll have experience in a leadership role in a high growth SaaS sales team selling to the North America market.- Youre a great sales recruiter and coach. Youd have built a winning sales team (irrespective of size).- Youre a great communicator with ability to listen to the needs of all stakeholders, and than able to communicate your vision to all levels of stakeholders.- Youll have very strong numerical, analytical and problem solving aptitude as well as passion for data.- A Btech from a top tier tech school with minimum of years sales/revenue experience.
