Job Description

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Organize events and branding activities
Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments)
Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
Help the team members in achieving target by using innovative ideas and approaches
Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
Handle complaints from customers
- Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
- Provide any training that team members need
- Listen to team members feedback
- Communicate clear instructions to team members
- Manage the flow of day to day operations
- Monitor team members participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use and also to see if any additional training is needs
