Job Description

    What Youll Do
    • Support SFDC reporting for the APJC Sales Team
    • Support Forecast / Commit Calls reports and activities
    • Support fiscal year planning as well as compensation processes and procedures that ensure accurate attainment at all levels of our sales hierarchy.
    • Optimize sales processes and drive standard methodologies
    • Support APJC reporting and business reviews
    • Help lead and drive multi-functional projects to completion

    • 3 years of Sales Operations Experience
    • You are a Saleforce Guru with extensive reporting and dashboard skills
    • Strong PowerPoint and Excel capabilities V-lookups & Pivot Tables
    • Project Management Experience Employ Agile methodologies
    • Analytical, detail oriented and proficiency with business intelligence tools. Data Science skills is a big plus.
    • Comfortable in a dynamic environment
    • Willingness and proactive in solving meaningful problems and aggressive achievements
    • Excellent time management, interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritize.
    • Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with all levels of the organization
