Opening for Sales Specialists in Edu-tech/E-learning firm in BangaloreWe have urgent opening for Sales Specialists in Edu - tech/E-learning firm in Bangalore.Position : Sales Specialists (designation has scope of changing)Reporting to : Business HeadTeam members : 30 to 40 offroll membersLocation : BangaloreExperience : 3+ years in selling B2C productsJob Profile :- Understand products and services offered by us and can articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.- Manage 30-40 people across locations on manpower agency payroll with the help of 3-4 agency managers and Team leads reporting to them (All on agency payrolls)- Drive productivity numbers, controlling attrition, and managing absenteeism as per the goal sheet.- Ensure a specific predefined HC at all times through proactive hiring as and when required.- Ensure delivery of team on paid conversions as well as value sales targets.- Monitor channel sales, marketing & operational activities; implement strategies to maximize paid conversion- Implement strategies to reduce and optimize channels cost of conversion.,
