Job Description

    Job Title: Sales Team ManagerThe Sales Team Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve sales targets and growth objectives. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, monitoring sales performance, and coaching team members to maximize their potential. The Sales Team Manager will also work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with company goals.Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth objectives and meet sales targets.
    • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and support to help them reach their full potential.
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management on sales trends, performance against targets, and other key metrics.
    • Work closely with marketing and product development teams to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with company goals.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, identifying new business opportunities and driving sales growth.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that sales processes are optimized for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, providing recommendations for new strategies and tactics to improve sales performance.
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years of experience in sales management.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve their goals.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals.
    • Knowledge of financial products and services, including banking, insurance, and investments, is a plus.
