Job Description

    Dear Candidate,Please find here JD for Sales TrainerBasic Requirement/Specs:
    • Minimum 2+ years experience as a sales trainer
    • Should have worked with e-commerce or offline sales with an overall experience of 4+ years
    • Flexible to travel to any location on need basis
    • Graduate (from any educational field)
    • Certified for Train the Trainer program
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory in English and Hindi
    • Fungibility to work in rotational shifts and limited infrastructure
    • Remote work setup infrastructure is a mandate - Laptop/Desktop with webcam, Stable ethernet or wifi connection with a minimum of 20 MBPS speed with no restriction on data consumption, power and network back up in case of interruptions.
    • Preference to FinTech & EdTech Sales experience.
    • Over indexing on customer experience in all the tasks and activities
    • Process Management
    • Strong problem solving, Strategy, Prioritization skills with an eye for detail
    • Intermediate knowledge of MS office
    • Excellent coaching skills
    • Familiar with performance management methods
    • Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
    • Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Conduct training for new and current sales associates and develop individualized training plans for underperforming sales persons
    • Schedule orientations and related training events for individuals and teams
    • Observe sales encounters and determine the training needs for individuals and/or sales teams
    • Develop sales performance policies and methods for evaluating performance in a far fashion
    • Improve training techniques when needed to meet the unique demands of certain accounts and/or the corporate sales market at large
    • Stay updated with current market trends and the changing demands of the corporate sales environment
    • Analyze day to day needs for training in the sales team
    • Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
    • Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
    • Monitor sales objectives and results
    • Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
    • Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to the sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives
    • Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees
    • Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions
    • Conversion of the pitch to be the key success metric
