BEG routinely elicits requirements, architect solutions, then builds business cases for new business functionality. They gather requirements and run User Acceptance Testing with the business for approved projects.Primary Roles and Responsibilities: o The Business System Analyst s (BSA) role handles a wide array of responsibilities at any given time in support of delivering an outstanding customer experience between the Sales, Channel, and IT teams.o Host meetings with key business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirementso Create detailed plans for execution and implementation of new process and/or softwareo Develops wireframes, flowcharts, swim-lanes to detail and explain business workflowso Partner with project managers, development, and other business analyst to solve business problems based on the requirements gatheredo Monitor project progress by tracking tasks, reporting defects, and communicating progress to key business stakeholders and IT leadershipo Host Business demos and facilitate sign off on all project relatedo Contributes to the team effort by accomplishing tasks as needed and in a timely mannerExperience/ Qualifications:Must be detailed oriented with a strong work ethic. A strategic and analytical thinker with strong communication skills, the ability to self-manage, multitask, prioritize, and work across teams is critical.Qualifications: o A minimum of five years working on professional project teamso Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, flowcharting tools)o Proficient in Jira or other agile management toolo Strong organizational skillso SFDC Admin certification or demonstrable experience with SFDCo Travel requirements less than 10%.
