Location: Bengaluru Description We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled technologist to join JPMorgan s ground-breaking and innovative Onyx technology team focused on utilizing BlockChain secured financial transactions as a backbone to build an advanced ecosystem with ubiquitous access to infrastructure, collaboration networks, and services to solve the world s most important commercial challenges at scale. This position as part of the Onyx technology team, you will be designing and developing CRM solutions that bridge new and existing capabilities The role will combine architectural design, technical leadership, and hands-on development with the ideal candidate possessing a track record demonstrating motivation, creativity, innovation, and on-time delivery. The candidate will have extensive experience using best in class programming techniques that provide scalable, high performance, and resilient solutions. Roles and Responsibilities Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements and company goals using both configuration and development Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements Communicate with project managers, clients and other developers to design cohesive project strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing project requirements and customer objectives, and innovate ways to meet mission goals successfully Interact directly with clients, managers and end users as necessary to analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including specifications for user interfaces, customized applications and interactions with internal Salesforce instances Provide system administration support of internal and customer-facing Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects and workflow Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, product development and operations, to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performanceRequired Skills Experience in Apex programming Experience in building Aura and LWC Components Working knowledge of Version Control System (preferably GitHUb) Experience in deployments with metadata API (using SFDX) Apex Rest Services Knowledge of Salesforce declarative processes and a good understanding of the Salesforce Security Model Experience on Salesforce FSC Experience on Salesforce Developer I/Developer II certifications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Self-starter that requires minimal supervision Flexible / adaptable - able to work with diverse groups of people including all levels of business and technical management Good written , communication and presentation skills,
