Job Description

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will play a key pivotal role for new Salesforce related initiatives and programs by building new features & improvements. You will serve as a key techno-functional consultant & integration specialist in helping Salestech partners. You will also own upgrade and boost of the existing Sales system architecture & services that will power the future of Atlassian s growth!Who are we looking for A naturally curious and an effective communicator who loves solving problems.   • 10+ years of techno-functional experience with product based companies in the enterprise B2B space. Ability to build partnerships with business, process owners, Engineering, and designers for new requirements & solution delivery.
  • Demonstrable career growth in Salesforce application and platform from initial development, customizations to a solution architect, designer expertise. Salesforce implementations projects/programs for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, Lightning, etc.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Leading the design and review of solutions on Salesforce.com platform, using Apex and Visualforce, Lightning web components(LWC), Batch Apex and/or Schedule Apex. Design technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems with support from Technical Architects.
  • Refine user stories with vital technical aspects (i.e. security, visibility, scalability, extensibility, performance) to ensure feasibility. Lead the sprint planning & capacity management for the scrum team and able to predict staff hiring/ supplementation and/or outsourcing initiatives [including both internal and vendor outsourced teams].
  • Lead the integration of Salesforce with 3rd party applications and other tools along with evaluation of vendors for establishing a Managed Services model.
Experience and Technical Skills:
  • Full software development life cycle implementation experience. Experience of version control(Bitbucket/Git/SourceTree), build tools(Bamboo/Jenkins) and automation tool(ANT/Maven) with having Agile Scrum project delivered under continuous delivery/DevOps.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture including security, visibility and data model. Hands on experience and understanding with Salesforce configurations, Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, HTML, XML, SQL, CSS, and REST-based web services. Experience implementing/Evaluating Salesforce AppExchange product technically in terms of governor limit and performance. Salesforce Platform Developer Certification I and II preferred.
