Job Description

    As IT Techno functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the Sales area in SPM. The sales areas includes order creation in CRM via API and Web UI, ATP confirmation in SCM system and Delivery / PO creation in ECC. The role also includes, providing solution mapping for the demand and in realizing the same. In addition to the sales role, you will be part of chat bot team to design and develop API for chat bot interface. Planning, setup, implementation and operation of SAP technologies achieving ambitious SLA requirements. Proper documentation, the definition of technical operational concepts and guidelines for the implemented SAP landscapes and roll out of this information/knowledge to the rest of the team. Cooperation and coordination of international teams in global projects. Required Technical and Functional Professional Expertise
    • SAP CRM techno functional role with command over CRM sales configuration and developments
    • Command over Middleware configuration to replication from CRM to ECC
    • Delivery creation process
    • Creation of API in Solman
    • knowledge on Workflow, IDoc, LSMW and AIF
    • have to part of solution design and development
    • should take care of support activities
    • knowdege on RPA and chatbot
