Job Description

    Role and Responsibilities:
    • Candidates have to be from an IT background managing end-to-end Application implementations (upgrades, migrations, cut-overs), migrations (on-premise to Cloud), transitions projects, etc.
    • Application management processes (Incident, Change, Problem)
    • Should have experience in Agile project management practice.
    • Should have very good overview of SAP. Not necessarily hands on but should be able to organise team and resolve critical situation or complex requirements.
    • Experience in 3rd party vendor management and liaison.
    • Should be capable of handling small/medium team.
    • Should be able to influence decision-making and able to drive project delivery.
    • Capable of driving initiatives for base account growth, GP/productivity improvement through ticket analytics, automation, lean etc.
    • Report the status of each ticket to Management periodically.
    Required Technical and Profession Expertise:
    • SAP Manager with overall 6-8 plus years of work experience and at least 2-3 years in Project management space and ADM Projects.
    • Core SAP Project Management end to end implementation/migration/cutover, etc
    • Proven consulting background in providing both technical delivery and advisory services in a senior role
    • Aware of application support transition methodology.
    • Hands-on SAP applications SAP S4HANA.
    • Hands on experience in Project Delivery Management.
    • Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management.
    • Excellent communication skills including ability to work with staff at all levels, ability to communicate clearly and succinctly (both verbal & written) on complex topics.
    • Manufacturing industries experience may have value add
