Job Description

    *AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
    • Lead a team of SAP Functional and technology experts working in an offshore/ onshore delively model on a large SAP S/4HANA transformation program
    • Work closely with business and other IT stakeholders to fully understand the business requirements, pain points, and work with the Solution Architecture and Design team to imlement and deploy the right fit solutions in an Agile environment, leveraging Scaled Agile framework, tools and methodology.
    • Ability to perform fit/gap analysis on SAP S/4 solutions to identify RICEFW objects for Build
    • Ownership of the project configuration and Governance of of SAP Solution using Solution Manager ChaRM & Solution Documentation/ Implementation functionalities;
    • Assist in the global internal SAP S4HANA Implementations as key stakeholder in the Change and Release management process
    Possesses good understanding of SAP S/4 Integrated modules
    • Sales, Distribution, Logistics Execution
    • Supply Chain (Supply Chain Planning, Inventory, Warehousing, Manufacturing)
    • Customer and Sales Operations
    • Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)
    Experience Requirement :
    • Functional/technical proficiency with at least 5+ full life cycle SAP implementations and overall 10+ years of industry and/or consulting experience
    • Experience with S/4 HANA v1709 or above
    • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
    • Must have proven experience demonstrating leadership and management experience in SAP technology project delivery capacity including remote and off-shore team s management in Global delivery model.
    • Experience of working in large programs of work, of leading small teams in project delivery.
    • Ability to work and team effectively with IT Services groups and other management personnel including on a global, virtual basis
    • Exp rience on delivering SAP projects in an Agile environment, awareness of Agile methodology and tools, SAP Activate is preferred.

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
    • Successful teamwork experience (collaborating on group/team projects)
    • Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends and technical advancements
    • Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
    • A strong track record of educational success references will be a plus
    • Ability to facilitate requirement gathering sessions with large audience and HR solutions
    • Excellent leadership and management skills.
    • Experience leading offshore cross functional and technical teams
    • Ability to travel 20-30% is REQUIRED
