Translates business requirements, in form of user stories, into IT solutions to optimize business experience.2. Analyzes problems and makes sure that the problems are solved within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the user.3. Where needed, proactively share knowledge and experiences in Guilds, with colleagues from own and other squad with a similar technical and / or functional focus.Technical expertise needed:

  • Deployment of GRC Access Control functionality to all SAP sites, implementation of new companies to Signify SAP GRC standards
  • Collaboration with process owners to identify Segregation of Duties risks and update GRC Mitigating Controls and Rule Sets accordingly
  • Detailed analysis of SAP systems, reorganization of roles to solve SoD (Segregation of duties) conflicts by identifying, testing and improving processes, technology and internal controls
  • Process management, monitoring and troubleshooting GRC activities to support user provisioning and system functionality
  • Execution of selected IT internal controls
  • Work on IT problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors and the development of the solution requires a multi-disciplinary approach and knowledge of IT principles, -theories and -concepts
Planning and prioritizing workCollaborate with Product Owner and other agile team members to craft clear user stories, design tests for prototypes and products, and continuously deliver product enhancements in sprintsliving the Lean, Scrum and Signify valuesBusiness engagementBe the trusted advisor for Product Owner and other business stakeholders for the Product areaDevelops and provides required user training for the implemented applicationSupplier managementDaily collaboration/alignment at functional level with involved suppliers in his/her domainContinuous improvementLives the Signify LEAN methodologyParticipate in the LEAN ProgramBehaviorBehavior and Values: Agile Mindsetliving the Lean, Scrum and Signify values.We re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability.
