Dear Candidate,Greeting of the day!Job descriptionFamiliarity with L2 support.- Design, Development, Testing and Warranty Support for WEM(CMS) based Applications- Work closely with SMEApplication Designer in solution designing and providing technical oversight- Working closely with virtual teams (BSA, QA, AOS and Project Managers) to ensure timely delivery of projectstasks.- Take complete ownership of tasks assigned throughout the life cycle of the request, until its closed and escalate as in when necessary.- Efficiently track and maintain requests, ensuring the requests are up to date and timely follow-ups are done with requesters.- Work closely with offshore and onshore development teams to ensure best solutions are established.- Communicate and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues and improve service execution.- Connect with partners over conference calls from different business units as and when required- Handle requests raised by L1 team for the technical issues in the Global sites.- Undertake Ad-hoc projects as and when required.- Occasional weekend support required during project bug-fixes implementations and maintenance activitiesRegardsTeam HR
