Job Description3+ Years of Experiance> Customer interaction in defining and finalizing the HR processes for the project> Conducting workshops with key users/end users & preparation of Technical Scope documents, Testing and user training extensively> Must be able to translate Customer business rules to technical business requirements> Ability to articulate information identified for delivery to the Customer> Must have good documentation skills, including best practices like maintaining meeting minutes> Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills> Train the team and mentor associates> Successful candidates must be able work on multiple country implement, rollouts and support projects with customer interfacing.> Consultants must be able to work independently and with others, in preparing Technical specifications, work on developments, and support functional consultants in testing and bug fixing> Take initiative to solve problems and overcome roadblocks> Good understanding of incident management, and change management> Consultants must have valid passport and be able to travel for onsite assignments,
