Job Description

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for planning, monitoring and tracking the project activities taken up by Scrum teams
    • Responsible to drive Scrum Ceremonies, remove blockers and impediments encountered by the Scrum teams
    • Drive Agile implementation across all teams
    • Responsible for managing JIRA and Confluence for the Scrum teams, creating relevant dashboard and reports
    • Responsible for tasks, dependencies across multiple teams Prepare detailed activities, sprint plan and PI Plan Identify stakeholders, dependencies, system estimates and drive execution Prepare periodic status reports, management presentations as needed Drive execution in an Agile way Maintain project risks and issues, provide visibility to risks to senior management based on risk score
    • Co-ordinate with all project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of the project
