Job Description

    Scrum MasterExp- 7 to 10yearsLocation- BangaloreNp- 15days to ImmediateFacilitate Cohort events (Squad of Squads) such as Cohort Increment Planning, Scrum of Scrums, Solution Demo, Cohort Inspect & Adapt, etc. Teach/Participate Cohort Leadership Trio in the managing Product roadmap and progress tracking using Jira & Jira Portfolio pluginGuard squads to help them focus on business value, coach Product Management, and Product Owner in ways to enhance the clarity of intent.Partner with people managers to provide the competencies and skills needed to enable the environment for results.Coach Squad ATFs within Cohort to foster the flow of value delivery Facilitate/Collaborate Cross-squads and cross-cohorts impacts and risk managementFacilitate/ Coordinate the integration of Squads Increment within Cohort Guide Agile Team Facilitators on impediments removalPartner with Product Manager, Product Owner and Service Delivery Managers to ensure awareness of Total Cost of Ownership, and balance the prioritization of technical debt and SRT fixes.Encourage interactions and collaboration with Chapter Squads and Legacy Waterfall teams to foster value deliveryEncourages and enables open and honest communication among the Squads, including the Product Owner(s) & Product Manager Situationally applies the values and principles of both agile and lean in practiceEnsure Cohort events are effective and achieve its desired outcomes Coach Employees on Operating model at scaleHelp organization towards empiricism and culture of continuous improvement
