Project Description
Chief Data Office (CDO) is working on a strategic vision to enable the Bank to be a data driven organisation. CDO aims to achieve this vision through a program called Palm Foundation Palm Foundation aims at delivering framework, tooling controls required to achieve this vision. The overall roadmap to achieve this vision is further divided into several domains. Two of the domains of this program refers to building the Data Ingestion Data Egress capabilities. The objective of these projects is to deliver a solution referred as Batch Egress and Producer Capability
ResponsibilitiesSeeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong Agile delivery experience. Experience managing the business technology leaders and scrum team. This is a bangalore based Scrum Master role that will report to the Delivery Manager. 1.Manage a full scrum team / squad involving BA, Developers, Test Analysts 2.Manage all scrum rituals and channelise the team efforts towards seamless deliver 3.Experience working under high pressure, immovable deadlines. 4.Experience working in programs using agile delivery methodologies 5.Identifying key business stakeholders across the Bank that will contribute to the risk standard method requirements, delivery 6.Business oriented, positive, resilient, full of stamina with a clear focus on results 7.Creative, innovative, pro-active and convincing in terms of finding solutions

This is for fixed price engagement with start date for this role on or before 15th August 2021 Mandatory Skills Overall 9+ IT exp with minimum 5 years of experience working as a Scrum Master A sound understanding of the application delivery, maintenance, and support lifecycle Excellent experience in running various agile ceremonies driving continuous improvements Excellent skills in Jira writing JQL queries Ability to re-prioritize quickly at short notice to accommodate priority change Good understanding experience of working on data driven / warehousing projects Sound understanding of various data formats. Self-starter, able to work autonomously Strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as reporting capabilities Strong communication and presentation skills both verbal and written Business oriented, positive, resilient, full of stamina with a clear focus on results Creative, innovative, pro-active and convincing in terms of finding solutions

ETL experience. Preferably in Ab Initio Experience working in financial services and investment banking domain Agile certification
