Job Description

    Job Role: Security EngineerExperience : 5 7 Years (Relevant Exp)Location: Bangalore electronic cityWork mode : Hybrid Job DescriptionMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and managing software across various cybersecurity domains preferably on Embedded Systems. (e.g., threats, vulnerability management, data protection, PC security, IoMT security).Technical Skills:
    • In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software and network security issues and accepted approaches for such security fixes
    • Experience in decomposing software and vulnerability scans for binary and software build artifacts, with tools such as Black Duck, etc.
    • Experience in testing to detect crashes, failing built-in code assertions, or potential memory leaks on physical, network, and user interfaces (e.g., USB, GUI, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.)
    • Experience to validate the implementation of networking and data protocols (TCP/IP, ICMP, TLS, HTTPS, MQTT, RDP, RFB, etc.)
    • Hands on experience in computer security systems, including firewalls, data protection mechanisms on PC, certificate management on PC, credential manager, registry, write protection mechanisms on drives, etc.
    • Ability to perform and conduct vulnerability assessments and management of threats & vulnerabilities
    • Can comprehend specifications, architectural and high-level design, functional specifications, and source code
    • Ability to assess levels of risk
    • Assist and coach R&D teams with developing threat modeling of medical or embedded devices
    • Assist R&D teams in using various cybersecurity tools for vulnerability assessments and source code scanning.
    • Active role in the definition and evolution of cybersecurity standard practices and procedures
    • Assist R&D teams in penetration testing on medical devices
