        • Key Responsibilities : -Manage escalations, deliver to meet or exceed client SLA/KPI and ensuring high standards for quality in relation to project documentation People management-responsible for working with the Delivery leads-handling client stake holders, vendor, assigned Project Managers as well as the other support teams to ensure a successful delivery
        • Technical Experience : -Working knowledge on all security domains SIEM, TVM, IAM, Network Security, SOC and GRC- Manage to clients critical technology uptime and service delivery per SLAs-Knowledge in Security Incident handling and Remediation-Should have deep understanding of Security Incident and Event Management, Infrastructure Security Management, End Point security,web-filtering, VPN technologies
        • Professional Attributes : -Flexible to work in 24x7 environment -Good communication and collaboration skills
        • Educational Qualification : BTECH
      • Additional Information : Industry Certifications like CISSP/GSEC/GCIA/GCIH ITIL Certified
